This really sucks. I was told I had 30 days to call and cancel and that I could cancel at any time.
Yet every time I've called their number to cancel, all I get is: "We're experiencing unusually high call volume at this time, please try again later." - every time.
Sure, maybe I just happen to always call when they're experiencing unusually high call volume... or maybe they just never answer and I can't find any other contact information on their site.
So yeah, you can cancel at any time; you just have to do so by canceling the card you used to pay for the initial shipping.
